While they can be deemed "tuners", the in-house subdivisions you named are actually racing developments for each manufacturer, and not technically a tuner. Is it coincidence that these subsidiaries sell parts they develop through racing in the aftermarket sense? Likewise, Dodge has Mopar, GM has GM GoodWrench, just to name a few. Now if you want to talk tuners associated with manufacturers, take a look at Saleen and Ford, AMG and Mercedes-Benz, Dinan and BMW -- there may be more. Not that I'm pointing fingers, but those are tuners that either has had no racing history or still has no racing history.
